Rachelle Peterson Discusses Transgender Restrooms on American Family Radio

National Association of Scholars

NAS director of research projects Rachelle Peterson appeared on American Family Radio with Sandy Rios on June 8 to discuss the Department of Education's powergrab in requiring that schools allow transgender students to use the restrooms and locker rooms of their choice. Rachelle discussed the illegality of the Department's overreach and defended NAS board member Gail Heriot, who was attacked by Congresswoman Zoe Lofgren after Professor Heriot testified that the transgender restroom mandate had no legal basis.
