Our two bubbles: housing and college

In my latest Forbes piece, I compare the housing bubble with the college bubble. The main point of similarity is the way government meddling ruined old systems that rewarded virtuous behavior that people needed in striving for home ownership and college education, replacing them with a wasteful entitlement mentality.
