Twenty-Six Year Olds in Diapers?

George Leef

David Bass of the John Locke Foundation argues in this sharp piece that the mania for putting as many people as possible in college has given us 26 year-olds in diapers (figuratively speaking). Among the costs of overselling higher education is the fact that all it does for many kids (it seems an abuse of English to call them "students") is to prolong adolescence and give them a terribly false set of expectations.
