What Will the Court Do About Affirmative Action?

He effectively dismantles the thinly stretched, constitutionally unsustainable "diversity" rationale that supporters of race-based admissions policies have imposed on the authority of the Court's 2003 decsion in Grutter v. Bollinger.  It's well worth a close read, so do take the time if you can.
