Fisher v. Texas: Just Say No to Racial Preferences

The Supreme Court will soon announce whether it is going to rehear the Fisher case -- that's the case involving the University of Texas' use of racial preferences in admissions. In my new Forbes article about it, I note how it has produced some strange bedfellows and argue that the Court should finally rule against using race in admissions.
