In today's Pope Center piece, attorney Roger Clegg applies some strict scrutiny to the splashy "statement" put out by the higher ed establishment in defense of racial preferences. He finds that it is deceptive and fails to make any argument in favor of continuing to use racial preferences, which it conflates with differing experiences and viewpoints.
