2014 Annual Membership NAS Meeting

National Association of Scholars

The election of new members to the NAS board of directors will be held during the annual membership meeting to take place at 9:00 AM, Saturday, October 11, at the Alma Mathews House, 275 W. 11th Street, New York City, New York 10014.

The nominating committee of the current board has placed the following individuals in nomination for the term beginning January 1, 2015 and ending December 31, 2018:

Jay Bergman

Wight Martindale

B. Nelson Ong

Norman Rogers

Sandra Stotsky

NAS members wishing to make additional nominations to the board must notify NAS secretary B. Nelson Ong in writing no later than September 19, 2014.  Please submit nominations by email to [email protected]. Only individuals who have been members for at least one year may make nominations and nominees must themselves be qualified members of at least one year standing.  Nominations by petition must have the written support of three hundred members, with that support submitted to the NAS secretary by email by September 30.
